We take the security of our systems and platforms seriously. Keeping us informed about any issues and vulnerabilities helps us ensure the privacy and security of our clients. If you believe that you have found vulnerability in our system or platform, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Prudent actions will ensure that the issue or vulnerability is addressed and properly handled.

When getting in touch with us and notifying us about the issue or vulnerability, please, do not forget to indicate the following information:

• Description of the system or platform that has an issue or that might be impacted by the vulnerability;
• Your thoughts on the impact of the vulnerability or issue;
• How you discovered the vulnerability or issue;
• Any screenshots, logs, records that show the vulnerability or issue.

We also expect you to keep information about any vulnerabilities and issues that you have discovered confidential between yourself and us until we have had enough time to verify and resolve the issue / remedy the vulnerability.

We currently do not financially compensate for such discoveries but we are ready to buy you a coffee and personally thank you for your actions!
